We promise you a night of great food accompanied with some unique and flavorful whiskies at only $115 per pax NETT.
1. Cold Eggplant, Tomatoes and pickled garlic with a vinaigrette of sesame oil, lime, vinegar and mirin.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ‘Rocks’ (35ml)
2. Grilled Squid, marinated with Sweet Sauce, Ginger and Kencur.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ‘Infinity II’ (35ml)
3. Singgang, deboned wolf herring cooked with 7 different spices enriched coconut milk.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ‘3D3’ (35ml)
4. Beef Cheek Rendang, beef cheek slowly braised til meltingly tender with 12 different spices, coconut juice and milk.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ’16 Year Old Bourbon Cask’ (35ml)
5. Grilled Mackerel fillets, marinated with fermented bean paste, prawn paste, lemon and lime leaves.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ‘Organic’ (35ml)
6. Sago gula melaka with coconut ice cream.
Paired with a glass of Bruichladdich (BDC) ‘Sherry Classic’ (35ml)

Glutinous Rice balls with udang kering sambal (6 pcs) $5
Dried Prawns grounded and added to a sambal that is slowly cooked for 4 hours.
Lastly, Lime juice and sugar is added to balance the flavours.
This mixture is then coated onto the steamed rice balls.
Deep fried immigrant wings (4pcs) $8
Chicken wings are marinated with preserved beancurd and prawn paste together with a spice blend.
it is coated with a mixture of rice and plain flour before deep frying. served with our homemade chilli sauce.
Anchovy sambal with cashew nuts $8
our homemade sambal is tossed with crispy anchovies, garlic & shallots together with cashews.
Deep fried yakko tofu with homemade sauce $5
yakko tofu is deep fried and served with our special unique rich homemade sauce.
Pork belly slices marinated with spices & ginger $10
The pork belly is steamed then deep-fried to give a crisp but meltingly soft texture. it is served with our unique pickled mustard leaves together with chilli.
